I want to try to do dinner posts sometimes.
Tonight, we are having mashed potatoes, country gravy (got a mix at bread store, hope it turns out okay.) and chicken fried steak.
I guess we can use those cube steaks from the beef we bought last winter, oops!

We're kind of having the same thing tonight. We're having twice-baked potatoes (Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes from allrecipes.com), popcorn chicken that I got from Schwan's, and country gravy.
