up, up, up

Okay, so things are feeling better now. We had a small heart-to-heart, still need to talk more though. I cried last night and sometimes it just feels better to just let it out. I feel much better today! :)

Okay, now I must brag about my super bargain shopping skills and my rummage sale finds for the day. First of all, let me tell you that rummage sales have taken me all over Billings and even got me lost a few times, including today. Oops. I was almost headed to Shepherd because when you are driving 50+ mph it is quite difficult to read green street signs. Ha ha! But I got turned around and to the right place, and spent 70 cents. jeez!

I found a "jj cole bundle me" which is a fleece blanket type thing that goes over the carseat to keep baby warm. Regular $39.95 at Target.. got mine for $3. Wash it up and it will be good as new! :)

Went to some sales over lunchtime and found:

A SwaddleMe, which I have heard great things about over at thenest.com. It was $3, the lady said it even helped her son sleep an extra hour. Hey, I'm all for that! Its blue, but I think thats fine for boy or girl. I'm not going to be all gender specific crazy for our babies.

I also found a "sleep sack" which is something one of my cousin's children had on at Thanksgiving and I had no idea what it was! But I've read about them and they are supposed to help with not having blankets in the crib and using a "sack" to keep baby warm. $2 for a blue one, has some baby embroidery so I think its unisex.

Awesome! She had some great stuff. I also bought some maternity tops for $0.50-$1. You can always use those right?!
